Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requesting a Refund

You can write to us at info@getsetconferences.com and we will provide you with an online refund of the registration fees within seven working days after the event, after deduction of banking and transaction charges. The amount will be refunded directly to the card/account from which the payment was made, after the conference is over.

Cancellation Policy

The refund you are eligible for depends on how far in advance you cancel:

• 30 days prior to event date 100% refund
• 15–30 days prior to event date 50% refund
• 1–14 days prior to event date No refund

Exceptional Cases

In exceptional cases, for example if you are unable to obtain a visa in time, you can contact us at info@getsetconferences.com with copies of the relevant documents.

On-Spot Registrations

Refunds for on-spot registrations are not available.
